Through exit interviews, we gathered comprehensive feedback from participants in our diary study about their full experience using Sonia. The semi-structured format allowed users to share insights that may not have surfaced during the diary study, offering deeper reflection on their interactions. These interviews enabled us to examine both the alignment and discrepancies between participants' behaviors and their recollections. The feedback provided actionable insights into Sonia’s strengths, identified users most inclined to continue using the app, and highlighted key obstacles hindering adoption.
