This collection encompasses a series of UX research projects focused on Sonia, an AI-driven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy app. These projects explore user attitudes, behaviors, and preferences, uncovering critical insights that shaped the app’s development. Through interviews, surveys, and diary studies, my team identified key obstacles to adoption, addressed usability challenges, and contributed to the app's personalization and overall user experience.
